When will I see results?
Replies usually start within the first month. If your mailboxes are already warmed up, replies can sometimes arrive in the second week.
How many emails do you send per day?
After warmup, up to 30 emails per mailbox per day. More mailboxes means more volume, without hurting deliverability.
Who writes the emails?
We do. Every sequence is written for your offer and market, with personalization beyond the first name.
What happens when someone replies?
We sort the replies and pass the interested ones to you. You handle the sales conversation.
Is there a contract?
No. Packages are month to month and you can stop at any time.
How do you collect leads?
We collect business contact data from public business sources. Then we filter it by industry and job title and remove duplicates.
How do you clean and verify the data?
A custom Python script checks email syntax, MX records, role accounts (like info@ or sales@) and disposable addresses. After that we run an SMTP handshake inbox check with MillionVerifier and ZeroBounce.
Is the data collected in line with GDPR?
Yes. We follow GDPR principles: business contact details only, a clear lawful basis, data minimisation, an easy opt out in every email and deletion on request. Cold email rules differ by country (Germany, for example, is stricter), so we plan each campaign for its market.
How long until my leads are ready?
Leads are usually ready within the first week at most. That is about the time your mailboxes are still warming up, so nothing is delayed.
Are leads included in the price?
In every Cold Outreach package, yes, up to the monthly lead limit. Extra verified leads cost $100 per 1,000.
