Warmup Schedule

Slow and safe sending, never rushed

Fast sending damages your domains. This is the schedule we follow for every mailbox.

Week 1 and 2
Warmup only
No cold emails at all. This step is mandatory.
Week 3
10 to 20 emails per day
Start small on each mailbox.
Week 4 onward
Up to 30 emails per day
This is our maximum. We do not recommend sending more than 30 per mailbox.

Covers discovery, sending tool setup, connecting mailboxes, warmup plan and final testing.
10% off
On the per domain fee when you set up more than 10 domains.
20% off
On the per domain fee when you set up more than 20 domains.
Google Workspace from $4
Per mailbox per month, official reseller accounts with admin console access. 1 to 20 mailboxes $4.00, 21 to 50 $3.75, 51 to 100 $3.50, 101 or more $3.25.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you warm up mailboxes for 2 weeks?

New mailboxes have no reputation. Sending cold emails too early gets them flagged as spam, and a damaged domain is hard to repair. We send no cold emails during the first 2 weeks.

What is your sending schedule?

Week 1 and 2: warmup only. Week 3: 10 to 20 emails per mailbox per day. Week 4 onward: up to 30 per mailbox per day. We do not recommend more than 30.

How many mailboxes per domain?

We recommend 3 mailboxes per domain. 4 per domain also works.

Do I have to buy the domains myself?

You pay for your own domains and sending tool, so you always own them. We do all the technical work: DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mailbox creation and warmup.

Can you provide the mailboxes?

Yes. We provide Google Workspace mailboxes through our reseller program with admin console access, from $4 per mailbox per month. The price drops as the number of mailboxes grows.

How long does the setup take?

The technical setup takes a few days. Then the 2 week warmup starts, and cold sending begins in week 3.
